Any cancellation results in the loss of the NZ$100 booking fee, prior to 48 hours from trip departure booking may be changed or cancelled with no further charges.

Cancelling within 48 hours from trip departure will result in a full charge. Travel insurance is always recommended, the above cancellation policy is standard within NZ.

Seasickness, inability to equalize, lack of diving competence or confidence, and personal health conditions are not premises for refund if these circumstances arise during the dive tour.

We reserve the right to withdraw any person who, in our opinion, is likely to endanger themselves or others and we reserve the right to cancel any trip, diving, or other activity if we become concerned for any reason for your safety or that of any other person. If any activity is cancelled in those circumstances we are not obliged to make any refund.

CHECK-IN:

Please check your email the day before departure. In case of a weather cancellation we aim to email latest the day beforehand. If we cancel due to unsuitable weather or conditions, no charge applies. If we can only conduct one dive while on a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, then we give a $100 discount on the total advertised price for your tour.

FACILITIES:

We meet at the Deepwater Basin boat ramp before our tours in order to fit equipment. You can park at the designated parking in Deepwater Basin and walk a few metres to the boat ramp where you will find us next to our equipment trailer.

MEDICAL information:

All marine related activities, including diving, are potentially dangerous, and require skill and a level of physical fitness by those undertaking the activity. You should not undertake a water-based activity for which you are untrained or unprepared. If you do have a medical history of heart or lung disorders, asthma, or epilepsy, or are an insulin dependent diabetic or have any other medical concerns, you should declare it to us. You may need a medical from a doctor that requires you to be declared “fit to dive” before we can take you diving. Your fitness needs to be sufficient to conduct the dives and climb up a boat ladder wearing full diving equipment.

A liability release form will be required to sign on the day of the diving activity.
